Payment Methods

Through your Cart (fixed icon at the top right of the screen) you can choose the following payment methods:

1. Cash on delivery

You have the option to pay by cash on delivery, upon delivery of the products to your location. The cost is set by the COMPANY at a fixed price of €3.00 (including VAT) regardless of weight and volume and concerns product shipments throughout the Greek territory, including hard-to-reach areas and islands, and is made only in cash.

2. Credit - Debit card

You can pay by credit or debit card (we accept most) through the secure payment environment of the National Bank. After you are informed about the charge in the shopping cart and upon acceptance of the following terms, the form for filling in your card details will appear in an iframe from the secure environment of National Bank. The process is completely secure because our website does not store any of your card details in the system.

3. Bank deposit

You can pay by bank transfer from your bank to the following checking accounts. In this case, there may be a slight delay in the shipment of the products you selected, until identification and confirmation by the bank (not all credit institutions have live updates). For ease of order processing, enter the order ID of your transaction as the deposit reason.

4. Documents worth more than €500

According to the current tax provisions (Law 4446/2016, article 69, par. 2), receipts worth more than €500 to individuals (retail receipt) and professionals/businesses (sales invoice) should be paid only in the following ways:

Deposit/transfer to bank account
Charge to credit/debit card
