You can easily return the products you have purchased from our company's e-shop either because you identified a problem with the product or due to a change of mind.

Defective product

We perform all necessary checks before shipping each order. However, in the unfortunate event of a problem, returns must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. In the event of a product return and provided that it is confirmed after the technical inspection that the defect is not due to misuse, the product will be replaced with a new one if available or another with the same or superior technical characteristics, after consultation with the customer. It is at the discretion of the COMPANY to refund the money to the customer in cases where there is no availability, or the product has been sold at a special price, or is of older technology. The refund to the customer will be made by canceling the credit card charge or by depositing the money into a bank account. In this case, you will not be charged any delivery charges for the products.

Product problem during transportation

In the event that you receive your order and discover damage, either in part or in its entirety, which has clearly occurred during its transport (e.g. breakage, dent, scratch) and not before, you must declare it immediately upon receipt of your order in order to be entitled to request a replacement of the product(s) that has/have been damaged. In this case, you will not be charged for the costs of receiving the products.

Canceling an order before completion

During your online order and before its completion, you can at any time return to a previous step and change your choices or return to your shopping cart to empty it or add or remove products.

Canceling an order before it is shipped

In case you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately via e-mail at sales@astoriasafetystores.gr or by phone at 2310-798794 and one of our representatives will cancel your order without any charge.

Canceling an order after receiving it due to a change of mind

The consumer may return a product purchased directly from Astoriasafetystores.gr simply due to a change of mind under the following terms and conditions:

The return must be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
The returned product must be unused, in excellent condition, exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, which should not have any tears or damage/alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging (instructions for use, warranty form, connection cables, installation software, etc.).
In order for a return to be accepted, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected on the purchase receipt.
In case the purchase was made by credit card, the original of the receipt issued by the bank terminal must be presented. In this case, the costs of returning the products are borne exclusively by the customer.

If the conditions are met and the product return is accepted, the consumer is entitled to either receive a credit balance of equal value for the purchase of other product(s) or to receive a refund in the same way that the order was paid for. In the event that the purchase was made with a credit, debit or prepaid card, the transaction will be canceled and the card will be updated (credited) and no cash will be refunded. In the event of repeated returns or in the event that Astoriasafetystores.gr, in its absolute discretion, considers that the consumer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith, it is entitled to reject the request to return the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

Returns Methods

We will collect the product for return from your location at your own expense if it is a cancellation of an order due to a change of mind, and free of charge if it is a reshipment of an order due to a defect.
